Neuver Oy provides Neuvise. This notice describes how we process the data of website visitors, contacts and account holders for our own purposes. The content your organisation stores in Neuvise is processed on its instructions under its agreement with us.

Data we collect

Personal data

We may collect personal data that you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number and billing details, when you register for our service or contact us.

Usage data

We also collect data about how the service is used. This usage data may include, for example, your IP address, browser type and other diagnostic information.

How we use data

• Providing the service: To administer accounts and support the organisations we serve. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a secure business service, or on the contract when you personally are the customer.
• Communication: To answer enquiries and send the service messages your agreement requires. Marketing goes only where the law allows it, and you can stop it at any time by replying or writing to privacy@neuvise.com.
• Legal obligations: To comply with legal requirements and regulations.

Sharing and disclosing data

Hosting and storage use Hetzner and UpCloud in Finland. Cloudflare provides the network edge and, when agent workspaces are enabled, stores their files and templates in R2 in the EU. Microsoft provides our email and Microsoft sign-in. Our accounting software handles invoicing. AI providers receive data needed for the features your organisation uses. Contact privacy@neuvise.com for details of the providers and their processing terms.

We may also disclose your data if required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access and rectification: The right to access your personal data and to request corrections.
• Erasure and restriction: You can request the erasure of your personal data or the restriction of its processing in certain circumstances.

Data security

Cookies and tracking technologies

Signing in sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. With your consent, our own cookieless analytics measures page visits and interactions to improve the site. It uses a session identifier held in memory and a daily changing pseudonymous visitor identifier. Analytics records are kept for 13 months. Collection starts only after you choose Allow analytics. You can withdraw consent under Cookie settings in the footer; further collection stops and unsent events are discarded. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Children's privacy

Neuvise is a service for organisations, not for children. Documents your organisation stores may contain information about children, and the organisation is responsible for the legal basis and safeguards of that processing. The public demo is for test data only.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new privacy policy on this page.
