Sound familiar?
The invisible cost of knowledge work
You know the answer is somewhere. It was written into a contract, discussed in a meeting, or worked out on the last project. Yet you search folders, ask colleagues, and piece together the same information again. Meanwhile, the real work waits.
25%
of working time goes to searching for information, asking colleagues, and re-establishing work that was already done.
Estimate based on knowledge-work research by McKinsey Global Institute and IDC.
It is saved somewhere. But where?
Contracts, instructions and lessons from past projects scatter across folders, inboxes and recordings. Finding the right file takes time, and then you still have to dig the answer out of it.
Is this really the latest guidance?
Under time pressure, people rely on memory or a familiar file. When the origin of information cannot be checked quickly, an outdated instruction ends up guiding a new decision, and the mistake surfaces later.
Generic AI does not know your company's history
ChatGPT and other general models know a lot about the world, but nothing about what your contracts say, which version of a guideline is in force, or how the last project was solved. Neuvise makes AI useful by anchoring it to your own material.
Ask, don't search.
Neuvise answers like a colleague who has read every document in your company. Ask what a contract says or what changed in a policy. You get a consolidated answer, and the source is always shown down to the page and passage.
Search by meaning, not by filename
Describe it in your own words. Neuvise finds the right passages even when they were written in different terms or saved in the wrong folder.
Find information in images and video too
Photos, scans and meeting recordings are searchable knowledge. A video citation opens the recording at the exact moment the topic comes up.
Ask for a summary, instruction or checklist
Neuvise drafts the document from your source material. Review it, edit it, and save it to the team's folder.

Value calculator for your team
Save 5 minutes a day and Neuvise has already paid for itself. See what even a modest time saving means for your whole team.
Just 5 minutes a day covers a user's licence. Yet an average workday loses about 2 hours to searching for and piecing together information. The calculator conservatively assumes Neuvise recovers only a quarter of it.
Team size, people
Neuvise plan
Assumptions: of the 2 hours research reports, the calculator counts only a quarter, 30 minutes per day per expert; 20 workdays a month and a cost of work of €40/hour. Reference price Neuvise Pro at €59 per person per month.
200 h
Working time freed per month
20 experts × 30 min × 20 workdays. Time that currently goes to searching, asking around, and repeating work that was already done.
≈ €8,000
Value of that time per month
200 hours × €40/hour. Over a year, that is about €96,000 of working time redirected to planning, decisions and client work.
≈ 3workdays
Payback period
Neuvise Pro costs €1,180 a month for a team of 20, only 15% of the value of the freed time. That time covers the licence within the first week, and the rest of the month is pure gain.
The calculation leaves out faster decisions, avoided mistakes, and new hires getting up to speed weeks earlier.
Frequently asked questions
What Neuvise is, how it works, and how it keeps your company's knowledge safe.
Neuvise is a Finnish AI-powered information management system. It brings your company's contracts, guidelines, spreadsheets, recordings and project history into one place where the team can ask questions in their own words, verify answers straight from the source, and draft new documents from what they find.
Neuvise is model-agnostic. It runs leading models from OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok), and picks the most suitable one for each task. You are not locked into a single vendor, and new models become available without a separate rollout project.
Every document-based answer carries citations. A citation opens the original document on the right page and highlights the passage the answer rests on, so checking a claim takes seconds. This is Neuvise's key difference from generic chatbots: you do not have to trust the answer, you can verify it.
Neuvise handles PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, images and scans, video and audio recordings, 3D models, and a wide range of text and code formats. Document pages are also analyzed visually, so tables, charts and drawings are part of the searchable knowledge.
No. Describe what you need in your own words. Neuvise searches by both keywords and meaning, so it finds the right passage even when the author used different terms. When needed, it searches across several documents and assembles an answer with citations. You can also ask it to search the web, in which case the answer shows web sources.
Neuvise is built for organizations whose work rests on contracts, guidelines, regulations, reports and knowledge accumulated across projects: engineering and consulting firms, construction and industrial companies, legal teams, and municipalities and other public sector bodies.
Yes. Neuvise enforces access controls at the company, group and personal level, so everyone sees only the documents they are authorized to access, and the same boundary applies to AI search. Your data is never used to train AI models, and servers and data storage are located in Finland. See the Security page for details.
Plans start at 29 EUR per person per month for Core, with Pro at 59 EUR and Power at 89 EUR per person per month, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Prices are shown VAT 0 percent, with no setup fees and no fixed term.
Copilot and ChatGPT are good general assistants: they draft an email or summarize a text. Neuvise is built for the reliable management of your company's own material. It gives precise citations down to the page number and passage, reads complex PDF charts, tables and videos, and does not tie you to a single giant vendor, since it runs models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI. Your data stays in Finland, backed by a Finnish partner who knows the system inside out.
Search is only the start. Neuvise is a complete AI-powered working environment for your team: sourced answers, document drafting and editing, intelligent spreadsheets and visualization, dictation, image generation, and custom AI agents for recurring workflows.
Yes. Neuvise manages documents, folders, access permissions and version history at the company, group and personal level, and search and editing work in the same system. What sets it apart from traditional document management systems is that the AI reads and understands the content, not just the metadata. Formal approval workflows and broader integrations are implemented together as needed.

How credits work
Every plan includes personal monthly AI credits and a shared document processing allowance for the team. Simple and predictable, with no surprise bills.
AI credits
Credits measure AI usage. A quick question with a standard model uses only a couple of credits, long analyses with top-tier models use more. Credits are personal, renew every month, and your balance is always visible in the app.
Document pages
Processing makes documents fully AI-searchable and is measured in pages. Videos are processed from the same allowance: a minute of video equals a few pages. The allowance is pooled across your team, unused pages roll over to later months, and your first month includes double capacity. If you have a lot to process at once, one-time page packs are available.
Always available
Searching, reading and storing documents never uses credits. If credits run low, admins are notified well in advance and can add more at any time.
